Public transport will require you to get the Skybus – www.skybus.com.au, into the city (Southern Cross Station) then a tram from the city to out motel, tram number 19 on Elizabeth Street, and get off the tram at stop 19.

If you arrive early please register with Reception. You may store your bags in our luggage room if your room is not yet available. When the room becomes available, you can access the room.
If you would like to check out later than 10am, please advise the receptionist on duty. The rate for day use is subject to availability and is charged at $20 per hour.
We do offer secure luggage storage for early arrivals. Luggage storage is also available on the day of departure.

72 hours notice is required for cancellations and 30% of total cost cancellation fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the check in date, the cancellation fee 70% of the total cost. No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled on the check in date.

Check-In time is from 14:00 (2pm) to 20:00 (8pm).
Check-Out time is before 10:00 (10am). Depending on availability late check-outs can be arranged at $20 per hour.
With the use of our easy to use automated system we have 24 hour check-ins available to those arriving outside of our reception hours. This is for stays of 2 nights or more.
Reception Hours are 8:30am to 8:00pm Monday through Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays the reception closes at 6pm. Late arrivals please see the automated check-in instructions.

For more than one day bookings: Locate the car parking area which is on the ground floor off Stranger Street, then find the reception door located on Brunswick Road, to the right of the reception door is a blue ‘Keysafe’ box mounted on the wall. Key in the last 4 digits of your mobile phone (or phone number quoted on your booking) followed by the # button and your key with the room number will be released into the tray. This key will allow you access to the building as well as your room. The key has been activated for 1 night only so you are required to complete the check-in process at reception the following day.
For one night only bookings and checking in after 8:00pm, we will arrange a staff member to wait for you, but a late check in fee of $30 will be charged.
Any problems please call the Emergency phone number on the window. There is a phone booth 50 metres down Stranger Street if you do not have a mobile phone with you.
We have a full time live-in manager to assist with issues that may arise outside of reception hours.
The rooms will be serviced daily except Saturday, that means the rubbish will be removed from the room, towels will be changed and beds will be made.
For long term stayers, the sheets will be changed once a week and the apartment will get a general clean up / wipe down / vacuum.

We are able to store your luggage securely short term in you have an early arrival or late departure at no extra cost.

We are a short walk about 400m from tram stops servicing number 19 on Royal Parade and 500m to numbers 1 & 6 on Lygon Street.
We have zero tolerance for smoking in the room.
